Need help deciding which is better
 

Wan't to buy shaker table.Do any of you have suggestions.I've looked at the gold master orofine 2.At angusmackirk.com.And the U-Tech RP-4 found at keen.And the action mining wave table M7 or M4.Or a gold exorists.Has anybody used these items.Were they good or did they suck! I wan't the best for fine gold recovery. Insted of my pan.Want to spend more time getting the gold rather than sitting at home going thru concetrates. Or having a bunch of buckets laying around with cons. in them.Thanks Rich.:mad_m:

I've never worked enough cons or worked a tremendously flour gold-rich deposit to justify a shaker table, so can't help you except to suggest that you might want to pose this question on the "New Forty-Niners" forum. That org. is headed up by Dave McCracken who has to be one of the most informed and successful placer gold miners in the world.

I'd suggest a blue bowl hydro separator. Cheaper, easier to operate, works well for small operators.

Agree 100%, unless a person will repeatedly be washing buckets & buckets of cons over a long period.

I've used a "Blue Bowl" for for several years....works VERY well providing a high percentage of colors recovered - provided the cons are screened and worked in different mesh lots...and water volume and velocity is controlled by using a hand valve and a small-GPM 12V pump in a reservoir, as opposed to a garden hose connected to a well or commercial water/pressure source.
